These guys never let me down in my 11 yrs as a customer. There are very few businesses you can say that about these days. Clean shop, courteous staff, don't try to sell you push repairs you don't need.

After experiencing engine trouble on I-35 north of the Des Moines area, we found Premier Automotive online and were convinced to ask them to work on our VW Eurovan. It was towed to the Urbandale shop after talking to Tim who was very thorough and efficient in arranging for the engine work to be done. We received a reasonably-priced and timely engine repair. It is now in storage for the winter, but all seems to have worked out very well. We would recommend Premier.
