My appointment time was honored, as the car went right in for service. Tim gave me an estimate of time for it to be ready, and the car was ready a little early. Very pleased with the service and Tim's expertise.

I called for an appt and was unable to take the time slot that Tim initially gave me but he was very accommodating and found a time in which I could come prior to leaving town. I was very grateful. The folks at Premier Automotive Service were great to work with. I especially appreciate the extra accommodations they offer: text message reminders, a vehicle inspection sent to my phone with photos, and the option to use a loaner car while mine was being serviced. This was my first experience with Premier, but I intend to return for future work.
