My 1998 Pontiac was towed to Premier due to brake failure. It already had several other major problems, the mechanic inspected it and we agreed the only solution was to junk the car. Everyone I talked to was very polite and helpful. They didn't even charge me storage while it was waiting to be towed off their property. They made this senior widow feel extremely comfortable and will be the mechanics of choice for my next vehicle.
