Very attentive to the customer. Explains what work is needed. Also does excellent testing to determine the problems. Does not overcharge and are very honest. Fixed my car in a timely manner. Kept me informed by text messaging. I have a VW Passat and i will not take to Lithia. They have misdiagnosed my car many times. They have charged me when the work was never done. This business knows a lot about VW cars. I am pleased with my cars treatment and will return.
