Premier Automotive service and responsiveness has been awesome. They have communicated the condition of my older car in an understanding way. Their inspection report with pictures is really well done and easy to understand. They understand my concern with how much more money to put into my older car and have explained what is really urgent and necessary. They have treated me and my older car with understanding and respect. I really trust their advice. Also I am appreciative of being able to use a loaner car while my car is in the shop.
