Before I was of age to drive, my father had been going to Premier for a while, at least 3 years. I turned sixteen, got my first car, and went to Premier for every problem I had with the first car to my now third. That's almost 7 years, with the added 3 years my father (and mother) went for their problems. 10 years of loyalty with this business. In my opinion, with ANY tradework, a loyal customer should generally get discounted prices or cheaper labor or what-have-you. With my last stop in, I wanted them to look at the transmission/motor because I felt it was acting weird, they kept it for a couple days to "check it thoroughly" and finally called and said they couldn't get it to act up for them but that I needed new serpentine belts and an A/C charge, which I had them do. The bill came to over $400, with an hour and a half of labor charges -- it does not take an hour and a half to change two belts and charge A/C. Utterly ridiculous pricing! I paid it but didn't feel right about the price and eventually called back to get it changed, but Tim had stepped out and I would have to call him Monday for any changes. I physically went in with a 10% off coupon and asked Tim to just pay me back the 10% with a legitimate coupon rather than do any under the table deals due to loyalty. He refused and said he couldn't do it because "the owner wasn't there" and "using a debit card to pay makes it a lot harder". I've been in customer service since I were of age to work, I know when I'm being fed bullshit. All in all, I may be paranoid, but I feel like this company has been dicking me around. And it's about 2 weeks since the work has been done and my A/C is barely cold, and the entire passenger side just blows hot air. Take my story how you see it but I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this business with good reason.
