They are very courteous, helpful and willing to work with you. They keep track of what my car needs for service to keep it running smoothly for a long time. Definitely cheaper than buying a new one.

The staff there is very friendly and recommend the best solution to repairing your car. You come first as their customer.

They always treat us right and have become our family mechanics.

Been going here for over 5 years. Tim is the most honest and trustworthy mechanic/owner I have ever encountered. He'll find out what's wrong with your vehicle and will tell you if you truly need it repaired or not. He'll tell you how important it is to be repaired at that time or how long you can wait to have it repaired. Tim and all the other mechanics there are not like all other mechanics who just want to sell you everything they possibly can. If you know nothing about cars, he won't take advantage of you.Overall: Very reliable, fast, flexible, and will give you the most for your money.

My family and I went to Premier for several years and always received great service, all of the mechanics were very honest and trustworthy and will treat your vehicle like its their own. Great company.

These guys are awesome. They strive to get you the quality parts you need, while treating you like a partner in keeping your vehicle safe and effective. I have an older car, 1987 Nissan 300ZX and the parts are insanely expensive, I knew that going in though and thank goodness I don't have to go to a dealer for repairs. Looking forward to pouring more of my hard earned dollars into a noble enterprise.

My fiance noticed this morning that my car was smoking and the coolant was empty. it turns out the radiator hose was punctured and had a leak. He called premier as they have done work on my car before, and his company usually takes their company cars there. He explained the hose was easily accessible and they informed us it would cost roughly $80 to fix and that they could have it finished in about half an hour. They seemed very nice and knowledgeable and offered me a loaner car at no charge, which I thought was impressive. However, it is a beautiful day so i opted to walk around for a bit while they did the work. i got the car in about 9:30. By 12:30 I still hadn't heard anything so I called them and they said they were just looking at it. 10 minutes later they called me back and told me the cost would be $160 because the hose was not easily accessible and a piece would have to be removed to access the hose. I don't know much about cars so I said ok. My fiance, who has some experience in car repair but preferred not to do it due to his work schedule and my immediate need for a reliable car, booked it over there, opened the hood, placed his fingers on the clamps where the hose would be replaced, explaining that he knows the piece did not need to be removed to replace the hose and that it was clearly visible. The mechanic said yea he could probably do it without removing the piece but that we would have to talk to the manager which I thought was a bit strange. The manager was out so we waited for him to come back. When he arrived my fiance explained the same to him and showed him calmly and respectfully, and the manager put his hands in the air and said "I was told the piece had to be removed". I wonder who told him that since the mechanic said he could do it? Then my fiance said "I know that can be replaced without removing this piece" to which the manager replied "you do it then" and walked away. This is very poor customer service. It's too bad because I'm in the market for a go-to trustworthy mechanic. If he had offered to have a discussion with the mechanic, explained why the piece had to be removed, offered to reduce the price back to the original quoted price, or given any sign of good faith or appreciation for our service, it would have ended differently. Instead I took my keys and walked away never to return. I believe they were trying to pull one over on me, being not very car-savvy, and they got caught, but that's just a guess. Either way the situation was handled very unprofessionally. Guess we will do it ourselves and my search for a trustworthy mechanic continues.
