Such a great experience! I’d been looking for a new place to take my car and decided to give Premiere a call. So glad I did. My first issue was not being able to open the hood of my car. Tim simply recommended I stop by and he’d take a quick look. I did. He came out right away. And after a few tries got it to pop. No charge. I scheduled an oil change and had that taken care of easily within a few days at a time that fit my schedule. Loved the pics and detail about the service provided. Reasonable price and recommendations as well. I feel like I’ve found the place I can trust and call home for my auto service needs!

Excellent service focused on the customer. . Identified warranty work they could have done, but selfishly suggested I return to dealership for warranty work as the best interest of the customer. Always friendly and helpful with top quality work by expert mechanics.

Staff is friendly and trustworthy. I was happily surprised with how honest they were on if any additional repairs were needed immediately or not. Only issue I had was booked appointment online and it didn’t show up in their system but they got me in as soon as they could.

I was very satisfied with the promptness that Premier Auto demonstrated when I had an issue with my car. I submitted an appointment request online and they scheduled me right away for the first morning appointment the next day. They sent me updates while they worked on my car, and did not do anything that I didn't ask them to do. They were kind and communicated the process they had followed clearly. The prices are stellar and I enjoyed the images that they provided of the things they found causing the issue with my car in the detailed review of the service provided. I will certainly be back again if needed in the future!
