I don’t normally write reviews but I cannot recommend Premier Automotive Service enough. By far the best auto repair experience I’ve had in the Des Moines Metro. They were extremely prompt despite being busy (efficient!!!), professional, and kept me in-the-loop on my vehicle’s issue. As a college student, I can attest that Chad and the whole team at Premier Automotive Service gave my parents piece of mind that my car would be adequately taken care of and my safety wouldn’t be compromised by a careless assessment and repair. Great customer service, fantastic value for services performed, and outstanding professionalism. I will continue seeing them for repairs and upkeep/oil changes/etc for years to come — THANK YOU!
