This is my second experience with Premier. I love receiving feedback and phone calls from Premier confirming the work before moving forward to do the work. I like that Premier sends diagnostic pictures showing the problems with my vehicle. I am more impressed with Premier than my first experience. How I come to trust Premier with doing work on my car was due to the fact that my previous supervisor recommended them to me, and I have been more satisfied with Premier.

The most honest mechanics in Des Moines. Maybe in Iowa. Maybe in the US...get my point? They fit my daughter's car into their packed schedule but couldn't replicate the horrible noise she described. Maybe it was because it was the first below 0 week and the poor old thing was just complaining about being parked outside. No charge since we are regular customers. Topped off the air in her tires and looked around..."bring it back if it acts up". Chad and company are the best. They treat my daughter like Chad would want his own teenaged daughter treated.

I had to have all my brake lines and calipers replaced and they got it done quickly when other shops turned the job down due to the time involved. Great job Chad and Cody!

Premier was recommended by a friend, and I absolutely see why! They are so thorough, without doing unneccessary work. I will definitely be back!

I can’t thank these men enough for keeping my vehicle on the road . From oil changes to my car breaking down and them immediately coming to help when broken down . They are lifesavers for sure !!! Honest mechanics who don’t try to get over or steer you wrong . They even provided a rental why without my vehicle . They are GREAT and I will continue to do all business with them when it comes to my car needs
