We love Premier Auto. They can usually work you in within a day or two and find the problem and fix it promptly. They also offer a loaner car if you have to be without something to drive until yours is fixed. Who else does that?

I would like to share my first experience with Premier automotive. I made my appointment on line, and I received an invoice stating that my appointment time that I had chosen based on my daily living was confirmed. I felt a sense of relief. The work and the service professionals was amazing, and I did not have to miss any days of work because of the loaner car that was provided for me. Through out the whole process I received updates on what was found to be the problem to my car, and what the cost would be. This was ten stars from me! I am looking forward to bringing my car to Premier for all of my car repairs in the future. I have even shared my experiences with my coworkers because I know that they will be very satisfied like I am with Premier.

No other place I'd rather take my car. Love all the people at Premier Automotive. A honest + real business that tells you exactly how it is. A great relief in an industry that can be tricky to navigate.

We have had our vehicles serviced at Premier Automotive Service for a number of years and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Service appointments are scheduled promptly, the staff is very accommodating and friendly and the facility is top notch. Before having a major repair done, we really appreciate the phone call from the technician explaining the repair needed, parts needed, estimated time to complete the repair and the cost. This has been followed up by an email, including pictures to document the repair. We also receive a Courtesy Comprehensive Inspection Report which tells us what was inspected and in good working order and again, pictures. The report also includes items which need to be considered for future service including condition and recommended action. We have total confidence in the service technicians’ knowledge and repairs done.
