I am really disappointed in Premiers service.. I brought my vehicle in 3 times with the same code. The first time- Chad the owner threw a lot of parts and money at it thinking he had it covered. The light comes on again- displaying the same code. I take it in and they straight up lied to me as what it was. The guy up front- Tim? Told me it was a warranted part but couldn’t tell me what it was as he wouldn’t make eye contact with me. The light comes on again displayed by the same code- never have I taken a vehicle back 3 times for the same code..Mind you they have a 3 yr- 36000 mile warranty on their work. Chad the owner wanted to charge me for more parts and not stand behind his guarantee. As I spoke to Chad he thought I was going to buy in on his diagnoses. In a nutshell Chad never fixed the problem from the Start..Premier just lost my family’s business.
