What I like about Premier is they are professional and communicative. They discuss all options and make sure you understand whether service can wait, be handled less expensively or is an immediate safety issue. The chain shops just check the box and recommend everything. Highly recommend !

They never overcharge or up sell. I never have to guess if my cars are being serviced correctly or if I’m being charged appropriately. (This is really important as a woman!). ALWAYS EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I very rarely write reviews, however I felt compelled to do so for the great service and expedience I received from Premier. I'm single and was able to schedule a time I wanted for the repairs to my car and a loner vehicle, at no charge, was offered without me requesting one. They communicated the work they felt was necessary with a phone call and an email. I was pleasantly surprised at the costs of the repair and the work was completed in just 6 hours. Thank you Premier for the great experience and I will recommend you to anyone I know that needs service to their vehicle. Any future service I need will be preformed at Premier!

Chad and his staff are always professional and straightforward so there are never any surprises. I wouldn't consider taking my vehicles anywhere else.

They always hook me up with a loaner while my car is being serviced. Coming from a big city, I never had that option so that is a win win for me.
