Very thorough inspection and excellent advise

Fine, honest service. I requested an inspection of a car I am replacing and they did a very thorough job, including producing a detailed written report on items that needed addressing and the cost of the repair/maintenance. The owner also called me directly to discuss the findings in detail and spell out some options for moving forward. Always easy to work with. Prices are reasonable and they offer loaner vehicles if you need one. Plus, the shop is always clean and tidy -- a good sign in my book.

Excellent service all around! Tim helped make arrangements to have my vehicle towed in a timely manner while on the shoulder of the busy highway. Mark called and spoke in detail to 3 people (myself, my husband and then the Ford Service Manager) to explain what he was seeing and that the work completed the week prior at the Ford dealership was not done properly. This led to doing what is right for the customer and saving us money. Thank you Premier Auto for all of your help!
