Premier Auto was very professional and I felt they tell you exactly what's going on with your car. Also, they will tell you if something needs to be fixed and whether it can wait or not. Last time I had car in they mentioned something needed attention but waiting until the next oil change would be fine.

We have been taking our vehicles to Premier Auto for years and feel they are very trustworthy and honest. Last time I was in there they were extremely busy, but they were able to work my car in and even gave me a loaner car while mine was in the shop.

The staff is honest and reliable. I've never felt spoken down to by Premier - a huge issue for female customers in the auto repair world. They break down repair options by what I need to do, and what I should consider doing in the future. Great to do business with!
