A big shout out to Premier. I had always gone to them for regular repairs, , but then something major happened. I called them at 8:00 am on 5/2 and told them my problem. They had a tow truck at my location by 9:00 am and the car was at their sho by 9:30 am. They ordered the parts, gave me a loaner, made the repairs and I had my vehicle back at 2:00 pm. I could only rate them five stars but this was worth 10. Thanks to Chad and the crew at Premier for making my day. The only thing Chad said on the way out was don't do it on a weekend!!!

So far so good! I’ll be back in a few days to see how the work they do turns out and pay the final bill hopefully without surprises, but they have been very nice, up front about work needs done and what didn’t, and gave me a great price on the initial diagnosis. They had availability to o get the work done much faster than other places, and were willing to even offer a loaner vehicle if the repairs take a while. Really off to a good start.
