Well they did change the oil which is why I made the appointment. They also did a pretty thorough assessment of the car. However, the guy at the front desk when I arrived wasn't wearing a mask and said he couldn't find my appointment or something about the car details not being on the appointment even though I got an appt. confirmation and reminder text about it the day of, plus I've been there before so my info should already be in the system. He was just pretty rude about it. I was expecting them to go over how they were following CDC guidelines since we are in a pandemic, but I didn't receive any info. I just made sure to sanitize the car when I got home. Also, when my car was finished, they called my dad rather than me, whose number was attached to the appointment and I confirmed before I left. I've had a fine experience every other time I've had work done, but I'll probably be going somewhere that is more considerate and doesn't treat me like a girl who doesn't know what she's doing.
